CFTC’s Rostin Behnam Fines JP Morgan $75 Million For Evading Regulators…Again

The CFTC’s Rostin Behnam fined JP Morgan $75 million on Friday Dec. 17th (in addition to the other $125 million the bank received that same day) for once again evading regulators.

But while Rostin even made a brief comment about the JPM in the agency’s press release, what he didn’t comment on was what was really interesting.
