What a nutty week for the equities market! The bleeding has not led up with almost 2 weeks of straight selling.
When I first began examining supply/demand data on the silver market several years ago, I was somewhat hesitant to form conclusions, as silver (and gold) have traits which are very different than ordinary commodities - which affects supply/demand analysis.

It was a non stop sell off last week in equities as the SP500 sold down 4 days straight with a small move up on Friday. While investors were cashing out of stocks, we saw that money move into the big shiny yellow safe haven - Gold.

If I am right about the potential for a recession, it is going to bring Ben Bernanke and the Fed to a very serious crossroads. Recessions are by definition deflationary. But inflation is already as low as it has been in a very long time. Core CPI is less than 1%....
